  18. Announcing the latest innovation in splitting files, Archive Sizer
  19. (AS).  AS has two modes of operation; splitting archive files and
  20. splitting ANY file.  AS has the following features:

  22. For splitting archive files:
  23.   *  Extremely fast operation.  AS accesses the files directly.  It
  24.      doesn't use the archive software that created the archive in the
  25.      background.
  26.   *  When splitting archive files, the new archive files that are
  27.      created are fully compatible with the software that created them.
  28.      If you split a ZIP file, the new files will be ZIP files.
  29.   *  AS supports splitting the following archive file formats:
